Pumpkin Patch

It has become something of a tradition to go to the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch during the month of October....at least once...typically 2-3 times. We love it out there! They have pumpkins a plenty, tons of character cut outs put up for the younger crowd, a "hay maze" with a slide at the end, a HUGE turtle, couple of pigs, and a horse. They even have a hay ride pulled by a tractor and a pumpkin house, as well as several bounce houses.
All of this is FREE! There are picnic tables set up so that you can bring a lunch with you and enjoy sitting down to eat with your kiddos. Then there is my personal favorite part. If you knock on the door of the house and request jelly's they will sell you homemade jelly's and jams that are out of this world! I was very sad that I did not get any this year. I will have to go back for their Christmas tree set up and buy some then. :D

Anyway, we had a great, but short visit there this year and unfortunately never made it back. :(
Next year will be interesting because I am betting that Addison will really turn loose and have a super great time there at 3 years old. In any case, here are a few pics from our trip there for 2009.
