What's your pledge?

While I did not vote for Barak Obama - he is our president and I pray for him and for the decisions that he makes for our country.
I think that the sentiment of this video (though I don't necessarily agree with everything in it) is great. I think it was made by Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher - and I just liked the overall message.



Here are a few of the things that I pledge:
To cut back on the waste of the plastic water bottles we use
To finally buy the reusable grocery bags that I have been contemplating for a long time now but not taken action on getting
To focus on making our home more energy efficient

Addison, as it turns out, has a great imagination (either that or there is some television show or movie that she has watched recently that I have no idea about). Beginning last Friday we potty trained Addison (hallelujah for fast learners). She has done SO well and caught on in only a day! Fall visit to Aroboretum

Addison and I had a great visit to the Arboretum with Ashely and her kids Grayson and Presley. I think we did more picture taking than we did playing this time...but it was a fun day and the weather was beautiful! I am looking forward to going again soon!
