New Year - New me?
It is hard to believe that a new year has come around yet again.
I contemplated making resolutions - but really, resolutions are just something I break each year.
I am excited about working on two particular areas of my life this year though.
First of all I want to work on organization. I have slowly slipped into this chaotic disorganized state that I never imagined myself being in. I will be working on myself in that area this year.
We got off to a good start this last week! Steve has been home on vacation for two weeks, so we have used that time to trade off who watches the kiddo while one or the other of us tackles some projects around the house that we have been needing to do. It feels great getting the house in order and semi organized.
There is still MUCH to be done...but at least we have gotten a good head start on it and that will make my goal that much easier to follow through with since I'm starting off the year in a better place than I ended last year. :)
The second area of my life that I am going to work on is my business. I am going to make a concentrated effort this year to work on my sales and to be a better cosmetic consultant for my customers. I keep thinking of "what if I got a job" but in reality - I have one, I'm just not doing it as well as I should/could!
So, I am not calling these resolutions...but I am making these goals for my year and I am going to make mini goals each month to help with the main goals. Then I am going to break those monthly goals down into weekly and daily goals. Let's see how this works out for me....I will keep you posted.
